First, you will have to have a gmail mail accnt, create one if u don't have and go to the below site,
http://www.blogger.com/home (This is one of Famous Google's official site)
It is self explenatory to you from this point forward....
After doin the construction of your site, according to a topic of your will, you can sen it to Adsense(you will be guided through automatically when you follow the instruction)...and you will get ads to ur page(google ads first and more ads within one week's time...
There after it's all your effort to publish your site among the other people....and when they visit to your site and click on the ads on your blogger you will start earning money...and you will enjoy it as I do now, share this with your friends and let them also to earn some MONEY!
To get Google ads to your blog, you just goto "Layout" tab and select "Adsense". Here you can select different sizes of advertizing banners and you can select whatever you like. Google will give you related ads to your content within one weeks time.
